  • Paper invoices are scanned so digital files are created. 
  • Invoice images are uploaded to ReadSoft Online, along with any electronic invoices received.

Processing

  • Relevant information is extracted from the invoice files and indexed as searchable fields.
  • Missing or inaccurate information is flagged for review.

Verification/Approval

  • Verification of data, allocation (optional), and invoice approval are all completed through the user-friendly ReadSoft Online web interface.
  • When validated, all data, including the invoice image, is automatically routed to an AP workflow (available within ReadSoft Online) or ERP system. 
  • Invoices files are automatically archived or stored either in ReadSoft Online or in an external system.
