WEB BOARD is a web portal that suppliers log into to check the status of their invoices. The data is gathered from your SAP® system.
You control which suppliers can access the portal and what they are allowed to see. It doesn’t matter how your suppliers send in their invoices (paper, fax, email, EDI, or through WEB BOARD portal itself) – all invoices can be presented together with information on their current status.
If a supplier wants to change the payment conditions, they can do so online. This way, the supplier gets the payment faster and you can benefit from a higher discount.
You can even allow suppliers to enter the entire invoice in WEB BOARD, ensuring swift and smooth processing.
