COLLECTOR is an add-on to ReadSoft's data capture software. It automatically imports invoices attached to email straight into the capture software where information is extracted and interpreted.
Working in the background, COLLECTOR detects any attachment (PDF, XML, TIF, PNG, etc.) and immediately transfers it to ReadSoft's data capture software.
The main benefit is that emailed data is processed automatically in the same way that paper invoices are processed, allowing you to handle every type of invoice the same way, applying the same business rules and transferring the data to your host system in the same way.
Depending on your settings, your incoming invoice may be ready for approval in a matter of seconds.
As each email is processed, it is removed from the mail server and archived. Consequently, no amount of incoming forms or invoices can cause an overload.
