Secure emailing of business documents is easy and inexpensive.

ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for EDI automatically sends business documents, such as invoices, orders, and consignment notes, as secure email.

Sender: An inexpensive and easy-to-install program, called EZ-OUT, sends the information in an encrypted email. Whenever you produce a document, such as an invoice, on your computer and click Print, the software determines whether or not the recipient accepts electronic documents.
If they do, the document is sent electronically in an encrypted email. If not, it is printed as usual.
Receiver: ReadSoft's EMAIL software receives the email, confirms its authenticity and integrity, captures the information, and processes it.
