Workflow, or electronic workflow, means that you can pass around documents such as invoices for approval and posting electronically. An electronic workflow saves you time and money and simplifies your business substantially.

ReadSoft can offer three different workflow systems:

" For SAP-users, our WEB CYCLE product provides you with a workflow, which runs inside your familiar SAP environment. It can also be reached via a web interface.

" For users of Oracle E-Business Suite, our workflow solution is called INVOICEIT. It is an Oracle-certified solution, which can be reached from within Oracle E-Business Suite as well as through a web interface.

" ReadSoft's APPROVE product is a workflow for any business system. It is a simple-to-use web interface, which easily passes around invoices for approval.
