Using Automatic Data Capture, ReadSoft's document processing software automatically extracts information from documents such as invoices, forms, coupons, etc. and transfers it into a computer system where the information can be processed.

Using a technology called optical character recognition (OCR), the Automatic Data Capture software "reads" information on forms and invoices arriving in any format (fax, email, web, paper etc). Once this information has been extracted from the documents, it is automatically interpreted, verified and transferred into any computer system.
