Oracle consulting and expertise within ReadSoft

Oracle consulting expertise is important for a considerable number of ReadSoft customers and prospects. In order to augment our proficiency we acquired a 50 per cent stake in the Oracle consulting group Consit Development in January 2005.

The acquisition provides ReadSoft with an opening into the Oracle consulting world as well as direct access to software and Oracle expertise. The expanded Oracle consulting capabilities enables us to implement electronic document management products in projects connected to Oracle’s financial system Oracle E-Business Suite.

Oracle's e-Business Suite is one of the world's leading financial systems and is used by more than 18,000 companies all over the globe. Soon after the acquisition was made, our Oracle consulting capabilities enabled us to close our first deal with a leading Australian telecom operator that uses Oracle E-Business Suite.

Consit is an independent Oracle consulting organization that has specialized in implementing, developing and servicing solutions based on Oracle's products and tools. Consit offers Oracle consulting services for the implementation, upgrading and maintenance of the Oracle business system, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle database and infrastructure installation and maintenance.
