Starting with FORMS 5-2 Service Pack 9, SCSI drivers for newly certified scanners are no longer installed by FORMS’ installation program. You must install the scanner manufacturer’s ISIS installation. Do this after installing FORMS.

Use the CD supplied with the scanner, or get drivers and software from:

• Fujitsu's website
• Canon's website
• Kodak's website
• Panasonic's website

For Scamax 2500, install the drivers found on FORMS’ installation CD under \Kofax&Scsi\SCSI\ScaMax 2500.
