ReadSoft will continue focusing on global expansion in strategically important markets through a combination of new subsidiary establishments and development of new and existing partners.
In the long run our objective is to get equal revenue from subsidiary and partner sales.
Profit from license sales
As a reseller partner you will sell our products and/or solutions stand-alone or as part of
your solution. The discount you get depends on your ability to sell.
Consequently, a small local partner can achieve a higher discount than a large global partner,
as the discount only depends on accumulated sales volume in a given time frame.
Platinum Partner
The highest level of commitment and rewards.
- You will sell and install our products and/or solutions and supply first level support.
- You will get a substantial discount on our software and the service fee, plus, of course, the value of the installation.
- Promotion support will take the form of joint marketing and shared activities. You will get the sales and technical training and certification for the products and solutions you wish to sell and support. This allows you to successfully sell, configure, install, document and provide training and support to the end user.
Gold Partner
Selling our software, but neither installing nor supplying support.
- You will get the same substantial discount on the software but, for obvious reasons, you will not profit from the installation or the support.
- Promotion support will take the form of joint marketing and shared activities.
- You will get sales training for the products and solutions you want to sell.
Select Partner
The perfect format for a more flexible arrangement.
- You can sell our products and/or solutions on a regular or ad-hoc basis
(often with help from us) and get the discount. - You can also refer leads and prospects to us and in other ways help us to sell our products and get a commission on the sales.
Regardless of partnership type, you will always get the training you need and the commission you earn for what you sell.
Profit from consultancy
As a consulting partner you are probably a system integrator or consultant and you will install or recommend our products and/or solutions, stand-alone or as part of your solution.
Integration Partner
Installing our products and solutions and, normally, providing first level support.
- Your major earnings will come from your consultant services and installation fees.
- You might warrant a commission or referral fee.
- If you accept 1st level support you will get a commission on that.
- You will get the technical training and certification, so that you are able to successfully sell, configure, install, document and provide training and support to the end user.
Influencing Partner
Working with us and securing the sales of ReadSoft products and services whenever you find them to be in the best interest of your client.
- You might warrant a commission or referral fee, if that is compatible with your position as an independent advisor.
- We will be happy to recommend you for change management and other tasks.
Profit from cooperation
As an Alliance Partner you are typically selling your own products/technologies.
It can be beneficial to both our companies to enter into a collaboration, as we target the same market and prospects and our solutions are complementary.
- You will not sell or install our products, but may from time to time refer a prospect to us, as we will refer likely prospects to you.
- Depending on the circumstances you might also warrant a commission or referral fee.
