The ReadSoft share
ReadSoft is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm's Small Cap list. We currently have close to 4500 shareholders. The largest owners are the company founders Lars Appelstål and Jan Andersson.
As of March 31, 2011, the number of shares amounted to 32,487,940 consisting of 1,354,500 Series A shares and 31,133,440 Series B shares. One Series A share entitles the owner to ten votes at the Annual General Meeting and one Series B share entitles the owner to one vote.
